I am Timur, online I am Shutayka
The nickname dates to 2012: it is what Turkmen people call Chinese goods. It stuck.
How I got here
I was born in Mary. I started DJing while still at school, then moved to Moscow to study and became a club resident as a DJ and MC.
Then Korea. I worked in shipbuilding in Busan and shot TikTok in the evenings. In 2020 my first video took off and I realized I can hold attention.
At the end of 2024 I came back to Turkmenistan. It turned out that many businesses and people here lack simple things: someone to reply to them, to pay for a service, to show how content works. That is how Shutayka Network started.
What I do not promise
Views, sales, income and guaranteed results. I promise the work, the deadline, an honest report and one round of edits. The rest also depends on your product.
The Shutayka team does the work, I am the founder and answer for the quality. I do not pass our service off as someone else’s.

It is a seriousness filter for both sides. No prepayment, no start.

No discounts. Smaller budget means we do less, but do it well.
